HOUSTON-O'Connor Capital Partners and Simmons Vedder Partners have sold Westchase Park, a six-story Class A office building in the Westchase District of Houston. The buyer was New York-based Clarion Partners, which also bought seven acres of land beside the site for office development as part of the deal.

The 272,361-square-foot office building, situated at 3700 W. Sam Houston Parkway, is 98.4% occupied by eight tenants. It received LEED Gold certification in 2010. HFF represented the seller, while Clarion had self-representation in the deal. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
