NEW YORK CITY-Jefferies Group is all set to sign a lease extension for a roughly 600,000-square-foot space at 520 Madison Avenue, where the investment firm houses its world headquarters. The expected lease period is 10 or more years and the transaction is slated for signing and completion by January 2013. Cushman & Wakefield is the brokerage firm representing the tenant in the deal.
