RICHMOND HEIGHTS, MO-The developer planning to construct a home improvement store in the Hadley Township area has agreed to purchase 100 homes in the southern part of the neighborhood. Menard Inc., a home improvement chain based in Wisconsin, is planning to construct a 246,346-square-foot store on a 19-acre parcel in Richmond Heights.
The retail project is estimated to cost $56.1 million. Menard is seeking a $24-million TIF financing for the development. NAI DESCO is planning to build the two-story store. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
