LONDON-Orchard Street Investment Management LLP has paid GBP 24.4 million for Staples Corner Shopping Park in London. The company purchased the retail property from Henderson UK Retail Warehouse Fund for St James's Place property funds.
Staples Corner Shopping Park, situated on the A5 Edgware Road, comprises 49,437 square feet of retail space. It is leased to a number of tenants, including Hobbycraft, Argos, Wren Kitchens, Dwell, TK Maxx and Maplin. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
