CHICAGO-A real estate investor from Hawaii is buying a Loop office tower for approximately $100 million. Shidler Group, based in Honolulu, has agreed to purchase Burnham Center, a 21-story office building at 111 W. Washington St., from Norfolk, Virginia-based Harbor Group International LLC.

According to CoStar Group Inc., Burnham Center, constructed in 1912, is just above 80% leased. Harbor purchased the 579,778-square-foot office building in 2007 for $79.5 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
