SAN FRANCISCO-Splunk has expanded its lease space in the former Gallo Salami factory building at 250 Brannan Street in San Francisco. The data mining company now takes up the entire brick and timber building spanning 95,000 square feet. As per the deal, it will pay a rent of $58 per square foot, with an annual increase of 3%.
In the transaction, Cushman & Wakefield brokered for the tenant, while Colliers International negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Kilroy Realty Corp. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
