HOUSTON- Houston Chronicle reported that Invesco Real Estate based in Dallas is likely to acquire Williams Tower, a 64-story trophy building in the Galleria area, for a price of $420 million. The yet-to-be-signed deal is slated for completion in 2013, according to the report. Hines Real Estate Investment Trust placed the skyscraper for sale in August 2012. Hines' subsidiary bought the property in 2008 for $271.5 million.
