MIAMI-Two divisions of DB Schenker have signed lease deals totaling 273,000 square feet at DCT Industrial Trust's DCT Commerce Center at Pan American West project in Miami. Schenker has leased 150,000 square feet at DCT's first building and Schenker Logistics has leased 123,000 square feet at the second building.
Building A, located at 1801 N.W. 135th Ave., will be delivered in Q1 2013. Building B, situated at 1800 N.W. 133rd Ave., will be ready for occupancy in Q2 2013. CBRE brokered the lease deals. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
