DALLAS-The board of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport has approved a $92-million development plan that will provide a hotel for travelers and a new headquarters for airport employees. The first phase of the Southgate Plaza project will include a six-story Hyatt Place hotel and a three-story Consolidated Headquarters facility.
The $21-million, 137-room hotel will also have a 1,913-square-foot meeting space. The $49.2-million headquarters facility will have 50,000 square feet and the cost of the infrastructure will be $14.7 million. For the full story, go to Fort Worth Business Press .
