BALTIMORE-Alex Cooper Auctioneers Inc. reported that Diamond Point Shopping Center in Dundalk has been sold for $5 million. The 253,700-square-foot retail center, located in Baltimore County, was planned to be auctioned on November 2, but it was sold outside the public sale.
In 2002, Diamond Point Plaza LP, the previous owner, defaulted on its mortgage. Since 2006, the Eastern Avenue property has been controlled by Dallas-based ORIX Capital Markets LLC. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
