BALTIMORE-David S. Brown Enterprises Ltd. has topped off the first of two apartment buildings near the Owings Mills Metro Subway Station. The two five-story residential buildings, which will have 232 units, are expected to be completed in March. They are part of Metro Centre, a $550-million mixed-use project coming up in Baltimore County.
The developer is Owings Mills Transit LLC and the builder and manager is David S. Brown. The other apartment building will be topped off in the coming weeks. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
