Gap Plans to Open Flagship Store at 3416 N. Southport Ave.

CHICAGO-Gap Inc. is planning to open a two-story flagship store on Southport Avenue.

CHICAGO-Gap Inc. is planning to open a two-story flagship store on Southport Avenue. The San Francisco-based apparel giant will open a 10,000-square-foot store at 3416 N. Southport Ave. The new store will include a babyGap and GapKids and it will be opened next fall.

Gap recently opened The company inked a 10-year lease with Sean Derrig, owner of Derrig Management Inc., for the retail space at the new location. Seneca Real Estate Advisors represented Derrig in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain’s Chicago Business .
