SCHAUMBURG, IL-Newport Beach, California-based KBS Realty Advisors LLC has tapped Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to handle leasing and management of Woodfield Corporate Center, a two-building office complex at 200 and 150 N. Martingale Road in northwest suburban Schaumburg. The owner hired Jones Lang LaSalle to replace CBRE Inc. of Los Angeles for the assignment.
KBS purchased the properties, which comprise nearly 532,000 square feet of office space, in 2005 for $91.5 million. The complex is over 90% occupied. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
