ALBANY-Mabey's Moving & Storage Inc. will bring down vacant buildings in Latham, New York, to make way for a $3-million to $5-million development of its self-storage business. The company will demolish three structures at the corner of Sparrowbush Road and Route 9 (New Loudon Road) in the coming weeks to clear the 2.2-acre land for over 50,000 square feet of self-storage space.
