NORCROSS, GA-OA Development has included Peachtree Corners Technology Center, a three-building tech center, to its portfolio. The Atlanta-based company has purchased the 162,000-square-foot center for $12.3 million. The deal was supported with $8.7 million in debt issued by American National Insurance.
