DENVER-Bloomington, Minnesota-based United Properties is looking to develop a speculative industrial complex in Stapleton. The development, called the Enterprise Business Center, will have three buildings totaling 710,850 square feet near Interstate 70 and Havana Street.
One distribution building will have 514,500 square feet and the remaining two flex/office buildings will have 90,000 and 105,000 square feet. The leasing agents for the project are Tim D'Angelo and Mike Wafer of Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross. The project is expected to start in Q1 2013.
