LOS ANGELES-Craig Hendrickson has Studley as an executive managing director with its strategic portfolio solutions group. He will be based in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office.

As the former platform leader for CBRE’s global corporate services business, Hendrickson was responsible for the optimization and global deployment of the firm’s corporate service platform. There he led groups that oversaw best practices, quality management, performance measurement, global process standards and strategic portfolio management. In addition, he played a critical role in the development of innovative programs, tools and technology solutions, according to a prepared statement.

Before that he served as senior vice president, director of corporate real estate at Home Savings of America.

According to Studley president Michael Colacino, Hendrickson is an expert in “occupier real estate outsourcing” and “possesses an impressive track record of reducing operational costs and improving efficiencies across his clients’ portfolios. We look to him to drive operational excellence and create significant value for our stakeholders.”

Hendrickson brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. He will continue to develop Studley’s service platform and serve as an executive manager of client relationships, according to Studley. He will report to Thomas Bogle, leader of Studley’s SPS Group.

Studley’s SPS Group, formally launched in 2010, provides strategic counsel and field execution to occupiers of corporate real estate around the globe as they face the challenges associated with acquiring, building, managing and disposing of user occupied properties. Services offered include Portfolio Management, Transaction Management, Project Management, Strategic Consulting, Lease Administration and Real Estate Technologies.

CBRE did not respond to inquiries for comment on Hendrickson prior to deadline.
