MIAMI—Diageo, a multinational spirits, wine and beer company, has found a new home. The company is relocating its Miami office to Coral Gables in the fall of 2013. Diageo's lease at the Waterford at Blue Lagoon is ending, and the company has signed a 10year lease at the 396 Alhambra Circle.

Owned by Agave Holdings, the 32,527-square-foot office building has received LEED Silver and Gold certification. When Diageo builds out the space, it will have a design unique to Miami and provide a state of the art workplace.

“The new office is an important hub for not only Diageo North America, but also serves as the gateway to Latin America and our successful—and growing—business there,” commented Randy Millian, president of Diageo's Latin America and Caribbean. “We are excited to join the Coral Gables community.”
