ATLANTA-Arkadin, a communications software maker based in Paris, has relocated its North America headquarters to Atlanta by signing a lease for over 10,000 square feet of space in the Queen Building situated at 5 Concourse Parkway in Central Perimeter. The company's North America headquarters was earlier located in New York, where cost of doing business is 30-40% higher than in Atlanta.
