NEW YORK CITY-The Brooklyn Bridge Park Corp., the developer of the green space as well as the recreational areas along the waterfront between Dumbo and Brooklyn Heights, has proposed an apartment building for the final portion of the 85-acre park. The developer issued a request for proposals for a 9,600-square-foot parcel near the intersection of Jay Street and John Street.
