MEMPHIS-The Multifamily Division of CB Richard Ellis Memphis has closed the sale of four Memphis multifamily properties in the past weeks. Saddle Vineyards LP recently sold the 74-unit Macon Pointe Apartments in the Berclair area for $925,000 to Macon Pointe Apartments LLC, while Hudson Advisors sold the 36-unit Chambliss Village Apartments, the 64-unit Birchleaf Place and the 40-unit Graceland Square in the West Winchester submarket for $1.04 million to Saddle Vineyards LP.
