CHICAGO-An affiliate of Centrum Properties Inc., based in Chicago, has sold a retail center in Wheaton for $4.8 million. The 12,996-square-foot property, located at 2200 N. Main St., was purchased by a venture managed by Chicago restaurateur Louis Hong.
