CHICAGO-Crescent Heights Inc., a developer based in Miami, has purchased three acres of land parcel in Central Station, a residential development situated on the south side of Roosevelt Road. Earlier this month, a Crescent Heights venture purchased a two-acre property at the southeast corner of Roosevelt Road and Michigan Avenue and a one-acre site near Indiana Avenue and 13th Street.

The firm could develop nearly 1,200 residential units, 325,000 square feet of office space or retail space or 1,500 hotel rooms on the parcel. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
