BUFFALO-The Erie County Industrial Development Agency has approved four incentive packages for four projects that represent over $27 million in private-sector investment for projects in the Town of Tonawanda and Buffalo. Rich Products Corp. obtained an abatement package from the ECIDA to develop a R&D center in its Buffalo complex.
