ROSEVILLE, CA-Hines U.S. Core Office Fund has sold a nine-office building portfolio located along Douglas Boulevard in Roseville to Ellis Partners for an undisclosed price. The 670,000-square-foot portfolio acquisition includes the two-building The Summit at Douglas Ridge, Roseville Corporate Center, two buildings at Johnson Ranch Corporate Center, and four buildings at the five-building Olympus Corporate Centre. Cornish & Carey has been selected by Ellis to handle leasing activities for the properties.
