HOUSTON-Morris Architects has recently unveiled design plans for the Central Business District's new convention center hotel, which will include a 100,000-square-foot meeting space. The Houston-based architecture firm is teaming with Rida Development Corp., a Houston-based developer, to design the hotel beside the George R. Brown Convention Center.
The convention center hotel project, slated for completion in 2016, will include a 1,000-room Marriott Marquis and multiple restaurants on the ground floor. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
