MANCHESTER, MO-Stan Kroenke has added Manchester Highlands, a multi-tenant shopping center in Manchester, to his real estate portfolio. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that Kroenke's The Kroenke Group (TKG) purchased the 353,700-square-foot retail property from Phoenix-based Cole Real Estate Investments.

The center, developed by Pace Properties of St. Louis, includes a Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy and a Walmart Supercenter. Cole bought the complex in September 2010 for $48.5 million. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
