IRVING, TX-Irving-based TDI is planning to construct a $50-million residential complex in Las Colinas. The complex, named Aston at Las Colinas, will comprise 386 units. TDI recently bought 6.7 acres of land at Las Colinas Boulevard and Northwest Highway to build the six-story apartment tower there. Construction is expected to start in March 2013.

Meanwhile, Dallas-based Wilcox Development is planning to develop The Wilcox Plaza at Las Colinas, a 135,000-square-foot speculative office building in Las Colinas. The project will be completed in Q2 2014. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
