SEATTLE-Seattle-based Triad Development and Goodman Real Estate are constructing a three-story office building along 15th Avenue West in Seattle's Interbay neighborhood. The development will comprise 60 offices and one level of underground parking. The total development cost of the project is $9 million.

Construction started nearly three months ago and is expected to be completed in June. The project was designed by Clark Design Group of Seattle and the general contractor is Venture Construction, a subsidiary of Goodman. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
