SACRAMENTO-A Northern California family trust has paid over $16 million to acquire a Rite Aid store in Woodland and a Walgreens store in Sacramento in 1031 exchange transactions. The Walgreens store spanning 17,272 square feet at 1420 Meadowville Road sold for a price of $9.2 million, while the Rite Aid store measuring 17,272 square feet at 295 West Main Street fetched a price of $7.1 million.
