AUSTIN, TX-San Antonio-based Lynd Co. and Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group have started construction on a high-rise project at Bowie and West Fifth streets in downtown Austin. The Austin American-Statesman reported that the 36-story tower will include 358 apartments, 3,890 square feet for restaurants and 40,985 square feet of office space.
The developers obtained an undisclosed sum of equity in June for the project. The Statesman reported that the apartment building is scheduled to open in Q3 2014. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
