WATERTOWN, WI-Fisher-Barton Blades Inc. will relocate to a new industrial facility in Watertown. On December 14, Wilkey Blades LLC bought 300 Air Park Drive, a 94,000-square-foot facility in Watertown, from Wind Sock Hill LLC for $3.38 million. The facility was previously occupied by The Custom Shoppe.
In the deal, the buyer was represented by Margaret Knize and John Henderson with NAI MLG Commercial of Milwaukee, while the seller was represented by Jon Packee and Stephen Provancher, also from NAI MLG Commercial. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
