NEW YORK CITY-Forest City Ratner has broken ground on the tallest modular building in downtown Brooklyn. The 32-story residential tower, named B2, will come up at the corner of Flatbush Avenue and Dean Street. It will be the first residential tower in the $4.9-billion Atlantic Yards development that is anchored by the Barclays Center.
Half of the residential tower's 363 units will be affordable housing. B2 will be part of the initial phase of the Atlantic Yards project. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
