BOSTON-Harvard University and Samuels & Associates, a Boston-based developer, have proposed mixed-use project at Western Avenue and North Harvard Street in the Allston neighborhood of Boston. If approved, Barry's Corner Residential and Retail Commons will come up on a 2.67-acre site and will comprise 325 apartment units, 45,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 41 on-street parking spaces and 180 below-grade parking spaces.
