ST. LOUIS-A multifamily property located behind the Schlafly Bottleworks restaurant in downtown Maplewood has reached sales block. Paul Cunningham, Andrea Kendrick and Ken Aston of Hendricks & Partners of St. Louis are marketing Maplewood Village, an apartment complex consisting of 144 units at 7223 Anna Ave.
