ALBUQUERQUE-Indian Pueblos Marketing Inc. is planning to build a retail center on the old Albuquerque Indian School site near Indian School Road and 12th Street. The New Mexico Business Weekly reported that IPM is hoping to start construction on an ABQ Uptown-like shopping center on the site in 2013.
The site, where Bureau of Indian Affairs occupies a pair of 140,000-square-foot offices, will include three new federal offices and approximately 123,000 square feet of retail space. The property is being marketed by CBRE. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
