CARMEL, IN-The Pedcor Companies will break ground next spring on the second phase of the Carmel City Center project. The Nash, a $10-million mixed-use building, will be the first building in the second phase. The three-story building will have 31 single-, double- and triple-bedroom units and 8,000 square feet of street-level commercial space.
The Nash, situated west of Rangeline Road, is expected to be completed in two years. The first phase of the project brought 106 apartment units to the market in August 2010. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
