HOUSTON-Investcorp has paid $100 million to acquire five apartment communities totaling 1,900 units in Texas. The properties include Bristol Square, a 336-unit apartment building in Austin; Waters Park, a 168-unit multifamily complex in Dallas; Villages of Meyerland, a 714-unit apartment community in Houston; Cottages of Champions Forest, a 300-unit multifamily complex in Houston; and Villas at Edgewater, a 414-unit apartment community in Houston.
