WASHINGTON, DC-The New Republic has inked a lease for 10 years with Douglas Development Corp. to take 10,019 square feet of office space at 525 9th St. NW. The publication will relocate from another office building in Northwest DC. It has committed to take part of the fifth floor and the entire sixth floor at 525 9th St.

The Meyer Group's Will Schwartz represented the tenant, while Douglas Development's Joe Ruzecki and Norman Jemal represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
