LONDON-CLS Holdings has received planning approval for a 1.5-million-square-foot mixed-use scheme at Vauxhall Square in London. The project will include 520 new homes and 110 affordable homes, a 123-suite hotel and a 278-bedroom hotel, 244,685 square feet of offices and 33,572 square feet of retail space as well as 359 student rooms and a 50-bedroom hostel for the homeless.
