EDINA, MN-A Denver-based investment firm has bought the Edinborough Corporate Center, a seven-story Class A office tower in Edina. Lakewood, Colorado-based Alliance Commercial Partners acquired the 101,000-square-foot office building from an affiliate of Glendale, California-based American Realty Advisors (ARA).

Terms of the deal were not revealed, but sources said that the investment firm paid nearly $10.5 million. The building, located at 3300 Edinborough Way, is nearly 84% leased.
