CHARLOTTE, NC-A real estate investment firm based in New York has acquired two office buildings totaling 183,000 square feet in Charlotte for $15 million. The One and Two Resource Square buildings are situated in University Research Park and each of the buildings measures nearly 91,000 square feet.
A company managed by LNR Partners took control of the office buildings two years ago. An affiliate of New York-based HighBrook Investment Management was the buyer. LNR was represented in the deal by Faison Enterprises. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
