BOSTON-Skanska USA Commercial Development has bought another piece of land in Boston's Seaport Square for $33 million from John Hynes. The company has plans to construct a 455,000-square-foot commercial facility with retail space on the ground floor on the 11-acre Parcel L1 at Seaport Square.
Skanska and WS Development will develop the ground-floor retail space on the parcel. Last year, Skanska and Twining Properties bought Parcel K for $18.6 million to build Watermark Seaport, a complex with 350 apartments and 25,000 square feet of retail space.
