SEATTLE-Touchstone Corp. has purchased two parcels in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle for roughly $13.4 million with plans to build an office and hotel project there. The Seattle-based company will develop the hotel/office project, called Hill7, on the west side of Boren between Stewart and Howell streets.
The company, which bought a 14,400-square-foot lot and a 7,200-square-foot adjoining parcel, still must purchase a mid-block property from Diamond Parking, the seller of the other two parcels. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
