DALLAS-Two real estate investors from West Texas have purchased their first Dallas property. Dan and Farris Wilks have acquired Advancial Tower, a 147,252-square-foot office building in Uptown Dallas. The billionaire brothers bought the 17-story Class A building from Charter Holdings.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but according to the Dallas Central Appraisal District, the property is valued at $16.25 million. The property is located 1845 Woodall Rodgers Freeway. HFF marketed the building for Charter Holdings. The brothers were represented by Colliers International. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
