ST. LOUIS-Campus Evolution Villages LLC, an affiliate of Lauderhill Partners LLC, has purchased four student housing properties from Gulfstream Capital Partners for $46.5 million. The properties, called the Campus Core portfolio, include a 360-bed, 120-unit complex in Warrensburg, Missouri; a 480-bed, 156-unit community in Spartanburg, South Carolina; a 432-bed, 120-unit community in Ruston, Louisiana; and a 490-bed, 140-unit community in Murray, Kentucky.
