LONDON-Heron International, AXA Real Estate and the Co-operative Insurance Society (CIS) have sold The Peak, an office development situated opposite the Victoria Station in London. The buyer was Cityhold, a joint venture partnership between the two Swedish national pension funds.
The eight-story, 98,000-square-foot office building was marketed for about GBP 115 million. It is leased to seven office tenants, namely, G4S, Global Infrastructure Partners, The Gatsby Foundation, Reed Executive, Wates, Guggenheim Partners and PetroChina.
