DALLAS-McCoy Development Co. has acquired the Purse Furniture building in the historic West End district in downtown Dallas for an undisclosed price. The company has plans to convert the six-story building, located at 601 Elm St., into an apartment and retail complex.
Hall & Purse purchased the building in 1928. McCoy Development has tapped Dallas-based Architexas to design the new project. Jonathan Diamond of Weitzman Group handled the sale. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
