CAMBRIDGE, MA-Rockwood Capital and Beal Cos. are hoping to sell One Kendall Square situated in the Kendall Square neighborhood of Cambridge for $360 million. The firms bought the office and retail center for $210.5 million in 2006 and since then they have carried out $64 million in improvements.
The office space at the Kendall Square complex is 84% leased to tenants including InVivo Therapeutics and Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, and the retail space is fully leased. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
