BRISTOL, UK-Unite, a developer and manager of student, has secured planning permission for a GBP 20-million student housing project in Bristol. The Trenchard Street property, which was previously held by the Group, houses the O2 academy. Unite has already obtained retail agreements with two major Universities and provides housing for 3,000 students in the city.
